The details
Privacy note.
This note explains how the NoSwipe early-access waitlist works. A reservation does not activate concierge service.
What we collect
We collect your email, city, dating preferences, relationship goal, desired date frequency, and confirmation that you are 18 or older. During onboarding we also collect your first name, your age, which dating apps you use, the age range and type of person you want to meet, and, if you give it, your Telegram username. We also record when you accept the reservation terms, your Stripe Checkout reference, payment status, and waitlist position after a successful payment.
Why we collect it
We use this information to manage the waitlist, understand where interest exists, and contact you if concierge access becomes available. Your questionnaire answers are stored privately and are not shown to other visitors.
Photos and screenshots
The waitlist does not ask for photos. If concierge access opens for you and you send photos or chat screenshots, we use them only to draft your profile, openers and replies. They are shared only with the AI provider that processes them to produce those drafts, deleted after drafting, and never used to train AI models.
Cookies and campaign data
We set one first-party cookie, ns_attr, for 30 days. It remembers the campaign tags (UTM parameters), page variant and referring website (origin only) from your first visit, and we store those values with your reservation so we know which campaigns work.
Analytics and cookies
We use product analytics (PostHog) to count page visits and reservation steps, and error monitoring (Sentry) to fix problems. Analytics stores a random first-party identifier in a cookie and in your browser's local storage. We do not record what you type into forms, we remove email addresses before monitoring data is sent, and analytics is switched off if your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Concierge pilot
If you are invited to the concierge pilot, you send screenshots and photos to our Telegram bot and we send back drafts: profile text, openers, replies and date plans. A person on our team reviews every draft before you get it, and you send every message yourself. We never log in to, swipe on or message from your dating apps.
What we store. Your first name, the apps you use, the notes you give us about yourself and how you write, your Telegram chat ID, and the numbers you share for your progress (matches per week, conversations, dates scheduled). For each request we keep a short text summary of what you sent, the draft we wrote, and our reviewer's notes. Before any of that text is saved we automatically remove phone numbers, @handles, email addresses and links.
What we don't store. Your screenshots and photos. They are held in memory only while the draft is written, then discarded. They are never saved to disk, to our database or to file storage, never written to logs, and never used to train AI models.
How long. Drafts, their summaries and reviewer notes are deleted 30 days after they are created. Each pilot member can send up to 20 requests in any 24 hours. Ask your concierge at any time and we will delete your client record.
AI processing. To write a draft we send your screenshots, photos and note to Anthropic, which provides the Claude AI model, over its commercial API. Anthropic processes them to return the draft and, under its commercial terms, does not use them to train its models. Telegram carries the messages between you and our bot under Telegram's own privacy policy.
Payment information
Checkout is hosted by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe processes the $1 payment and any refund required by law or issued by us.
After your $1 payment we send one confirmation email with your place in the queue, and later an email when your batch starts. These emails are sent through Resend, our email provider, which receives your email address and the message only to deliver it.
Questions and changes
For payment questions or requests to correct or remove waitlist information, use the support contact shown on your Stripe receipt.
