Welcome to the Noswipe App ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you intend to seek a life partner or connect meaningfully with other users, and that you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). Please read carefully.
Acceptance and Eligibility
- To use this App, you must be at least 18 years old and seeking genuine connections or marriage.
- Eligibility may be denied and accounts terminated if you are found misrepresenting yourself, using the service for illegal or inappropriate purposes, or infringing on the terms and privacy/safety of others
License
- The App is licensed, not sold, to you for personal, non-commercial use.
- You may use it to search for connections, create a profile, message, and participate in app features.
- You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercialize the App, nor infringe upon the rights of other users or the App.
User Content and Family Participation
- You are responsible for any content you upload, share, or transmit (including photos, profile information, messages).
- The App may allow parental or family involvement in your search ("coordinator profiles"), as long as all parties agree to respectful participation
- You may not post illegal, fraudulent, harassing, offensive, or discriminatory content.
- By uploading, you grant us a license to use and display your content as needed for core app operations.
Privacy and Data Use
- Usage of this App is subject to our Privacy Policy. Sensitive personal data such as photographs, interactions, and payment information may be processed.
- We use industry-standard security and may check authenticity through verified third-parties to protect the community.
- We do not sell your personally identifiable information. Third-party shares (for promotions, authenticators, service improvement, or law enforcement requests) may occur with your consent.
Safety and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Users are encouraged to report and block suspicious or inappropriate accounts. Verified profiles, moderation, and strict privacy features are present.
- The App team reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, suspicious activity, or abuse.
Payments and Membership
- Some features may be paid. All payment data is securely processed in line with Apple Store policies.
- Subscription renewals, upgrade fees, or refunds follow Apple and App guidelines.
- Termination for breach of contract does not entitle you to refunds unless guaranteed in the written policy.
Term, Termination, and Account
- This Agreement remains valid as long as you use the App.
- You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your profile.
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of this Agreement, or suspected misuse.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- The App is offered "as is" and "as available." We make no warranty of uninterrupted service, match success, or user authenticity.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, your interactions with other users, or any breach of these terms.
Community Guidelines
- Your use is subject to our Community Guidelines, incorporating respect, safety, and nondiscrimination.
- Repeated violations or harmful behavior will result in termination and may be reported to authorities.
Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of India. Disputes may be resolved by arbitration or Indian courts, as appropriate.
